How can resolve problem ouS fault in delta VFD-VE series drive ?

Hardware failure in voltage detection
Check if input voltage is within specification range and monitor if there is surge voltage.
Check drive rectifier & IGBT using multimeter.
Check wiring.
Check drive hardware using multimeter.
Check drive hardware.
