How can resolve problem ovS Over voltage occurs at stop fault in delta VJ series Drive ?

Cause : Over voltage occurs at stop and hardware failure. (ovS)
Check if the input voltage is within the
range of voltage rating of hybrid servo
drive and monitor for any occurrence of
surge voltage.
