Cause : Stalled PG feedback (the actual rotating speed is 115% faster than the maximum speed and the elapsed time longer than one second).

1.Check the PG feedback wiring.
2.Check if PI gain and the settings for
acceleration/ deceleration are suitable.
3.Check if there’s an output phase loss.
4.The causes of these errors could be
loose contact/ disconnection between
encoder, hybrid servo motor drive and
motor. (OC might also occur in different
conditions.).
5.Check if the connection between oil
pump and motor is stuck
