Cause: Overcurrent occurred during acceleration comes when the drive detected that the motor was drawing too much current while it was trying to ramp up to its set speed.
0c1 fault in fuji FRENIC MEGA drive indicates Overcurrent occurred during acceleration. This means the output current exceeded the drive’s limit while the motor was ramping up speed.
- Check that the motor generates enough torque required during acceleration/deceleration. That torque is calculated from the moment of inertia for the load and the acceleration/deceleration time.
- Increase the acceleration/deceleration time.
