Cause : Heat sink overheat comes when the temperature of the inverter's heatsink, which is responsible for dissipating heat generated by the power components (like IGBTs), has exceeded its safe operating limit.
0h1 fault in fuji FRENIC MEGA drive indicates Heat sink overheat. This means the drive’s heat sink temperature has exceeded the safe operating limit.
- Ambient temperature too high.
- Fan is damaged.
- Lower the ambient temperature.
- Fan air duct is blocked- clear the air duct.
