Cause : Output phase loss comes when open phase is present in the motor or when you run drive without motor. This means one of the phases in the output of a three-phase electrical system is lost or disconnected.

0pl fault in fuji FRENIC MEGA drive indicates the VFD has detected that one or more of the output phases (U, V, W or T1, T2, T3) connecting the VFD to the motor is either missing, has an open circuit, or has a severe imbalance that suggests a problem in the motor or its wiring.

  1. A loose connection or splice is present.
  2. An external device between the motor and drive has failed.
  3. An open phase is present in the motor.
  4. Check U-V-W motor wiring.
  5. Check the load.
