Cause: Memory error comes when writing the data to the memory in the inverter. This is a serious fault as it means the drive's internal memory (where its operating program and parameter settings are stored) has detected an issue.
er1 Memory error fault in fuji FRENIC MEGA drive indicates Memory error. This means the drive has detected an internal memory error, usually in its EEPROM or control board memory.
- Initialize the function code data with H03.
- Power Cycle the Drive: Completely remove power from the drive (main input power).
- Electrical Noise: Ensure proper grounding and shielding for all power and control wiring.
