ere fault in fuji FRENIC MEGA drive indicates Speed mismatch or excessive speed deviation. This means the actual motor speed significantly deviates from the reference (commanded) speed, beyond the drive's allowed tolerance.
- Check motor data in parameter.
- Check feedback device.
