Cause : Inverter internal overheat comes when temperature inside the inverter has exceeded the allowable limit. The internal components of the inverter section are overheating.
"0h3" fault in Fuji FRENIC-VG drive indicate "Inverter internal overheat" condition. This means the internal temperature of the inverter section has exceeded safe operating limits. This fault is a protective measure designed to prevent damage to the drive's components due to excessive heat.
Troubleshooting Steps:

Check Cooling System:
- Inspect the drive’s cooling fans to ensure they are functioning correctly. Replace any faulty fans.
- Check that air filters and ventilation paths are clean and free from obstructions. Clean or replace filters as needed.
- Ensure that the drive is installed with adequate clearance around it for proper ventilation.

- Measure the ambient temperature around the drive and ensure it is within the manufacturer’s specified operating range.
- If the temperature is too high, consider improving the ventilation, adding air conditioning, or relocating the drive to a cooler environment.
