Cause : E-SX bus tact synchronization error comes when a disruption in the timing or communication between components connected to the E-SX bus. This bus is commonly used in industrial automation systems for high-speed data transfer.
"ArE" fault in Fuji FRENIC-VG drive "E-SX bus tact synchronization" error. This means a communication issue related to the E-SX bus, which is typically used for synchronization and data exchange between multiple drives or components in a networked drive system. This error suggests that the drive is having trouble maintaining proper timing or communication with other devices on the E-SX bus.
- Check if noise entered the E-SX bus.
- Check if the E-SX bus is mounted in parallel with the main circuit cable. If so, modify the wiring route.
- Insert the ferrite core.
- Lower the tact frequency if possible.
