Cause : Output phase loss comes when open phase is present in the motor or when you run drive without motor or the ration of motor is small as compare to drive.

E13.00 fault in inovance IS580 drive indicates "output phase loss fault". This means that one of the phases in the output of a three-phase electrical system is lost or disconnected.

1. A loose connection or splice is present.
2. An external device between the motor and drive has failed.
3. An open phase is present in the motor.
4. Check U-V-W motor wiring.
5. Check the load.
