Cause : IGBT overheat comes when the IGBT heatsink temperature reaches the overheat fault level. The drive will display "E14.00 " and stop operation.

E14.00 fault in inovance IS580 drive indicates an IGBT overload. This means the drive's output transistors (IGBTs) are experiencing current beyond safe limits.

  1. Ambient temperature too high.
  2. Fan is damaged.
  3. Lower the ambient temperature.
  4. Fan air duct is blocked- clear the air duct.
