Cause : Current sensing fault comes when drive current section circuit is faulty. This fault also comes when the hall is abnormal or the drive board is abnormal.

E18.00 fault in inovance IS580 drive indicates current sensing fault. This means the drive has detected an error or abnormality in the current feedback signal from its internal current sensors (usually Hall effect or shunt resistors).

1. Replace the hall .
2. Replace the drive board.
3. Turn off for at least 5–10 minutes (wait for DC bus to discharge), then power up again.
4. Look for signs of burned or damaged components on the power board.
