Cause : Motor auto-tuning fault comes when the motor parameters are not set according to nameplate or motor auto-tuning times out.
E19.00 fault in the Inovance IS580 drive indicates a Motor Auto-Tuning Fault. This means the drive was unable to complete the motor parameter identification process during auto-tuning.
- Set motor parameters correctly according to nameplate.
- Check the cable connecting AC drive and motor.
- Check whether encoder pulses per revolution is set correctly.
- Factory reset drive and reprogram again.
