Cause : EEPROM error comes when function code parameter writing error. This means there is an hardware issue in drive control card.
E21.00 fault on the Inovance IS580 drive indicates an EEPROM fault. This means the drive is unable to read from or write to its internal memory (EEPROM). The EEPROM stores critical configuration and parameter settings, so this error can prevent the drive from functioning properly.
- Power cycle the drive: Turn off the drive for 5–10 minutes.
- Try resetting to factory defaults
- Replace drive control card.
