E45.02 fault in inovance IS580 drive indicates PG card flat cable fault. This means drive is detecting an issue with the communication ribbon cable (flat cable) between the PG card (encoder interface module) and the main control board.
- Check if PG card flat cable is well connected
- Check if motor temperature sensor is short-circuit.
