Cause : IGBT overheat comes when the IGBT heatsink temperature reaches the overheat fault level. The drive will display "Err14" and stop operation.
- Ambient temperature too high.
- Fan is damaged.
- Lower the ambient temperature.
- Fan air duct is blocked- clear the air duct.
