Cause : Motor auto-tuning fault comes when the motor parameters are not set according to nameplate or motor auto-tuning times out. 

1. Set motor parameters correctly according to nameplate.
2. Check the cable connecting AC drive and motor.
3. Check whether F1-27 (encoder pulses per revolution) is set correctly.
