Cause : Braking unit overload comes when the drive's internal braking transistor reached it's overload level. When a resistor is overloaded then drive displat fault "Err61" it attempts to dissipate more heat than it was designed to do.

1. Resistance of braking resistor is too small.
2. Replace a braking resistor of larger resistance.
