inovance drive error codes indicate an fault state in drive. This means there is an programmable or hardware error in drive. These error codes are numerical or alphanumeric codes generated by inovance drives to indicate specific malfunctions or errors. These codes serve as diagnostic tools, helping users identify the root cause of a problem and take appropriate corrective actions.
Below list show inovance drive error codes:
- Overcurrent during acceleration - This fault comes when the motor is drawing excess current during acceleration. This fault appears when the motor is drawing excess current during acceleration.
- Over current in Deceleration - This fault comes when deceleration time too short, large load inertia or inverter power rating too small.
- Overcurrent trip during constant speed - This fault comes when the abrupt fluctuations in the load or abnormal load conditions.
- Over Voltage in Acceleration - This fault comes when the inverter's internal main circuit DC voltage to reach or exceed the specified value, the protection circuit is activated to stop the inverter output.
- Over voltage in deceleration - This fault comes when the drive internal main circuit DC voltage to reach or exceed the specified value.
- Over voltage in constant speed - This fault comes when the inverter's internal main circuit DC voltage to reach or exceed the specified value.
- Control power supply fault - This fault comes when the input voltage is not within the allowable range. This can prevent the drive from operating correctly or cause erratic behavior.
- Undervoltage - This fault comes when DC link voltage undervoltage comes when the power unit has detected an undervoltage condition in the DC link.
- Drive overload - This fault comes when the output current has exceeded due to load too heavy or acceleration too fast.
- Motor overload - This fault comes when the output current exceeds the motor full load current set in parameter.
- Input phase loss - This fault comes when input R,S,T have phase loss or imbalance.
- Output phase loss - This fault comes when open phase is present in the motor or when you run drive without motor.
- IGBT overheat - This fault comes when the IGBT heatsink temperature reaches the overheat fault level.
- External fault - This fault comes when external fault at multi-function input terminal or faults comes from external control circuit.
- Communication fault - This fault comes when no control data was received from the connected PLC when using serial communications.
- Motor auto-tuning fault - This fault comes when motor parameters are not set according to the nameplate or motor auto-tuning times out.
- EEPROM read-write error - This fault comes when a problem with the drive's ability to read from or write to the EEPROM.
- Short circuit to ground - This fault comes when a short is detected on the load side when the voltage across the IGBT's collector to emitter is excessive or high current is detected through an IGBT.
- Braking unit overload - This fault comes when the resistance of braking resistor is too low.
- Motor overheat - This fault comes when the motor has exceeded its allowable temperature threshold or the motor temperature is too high.
- PID feedback lost during running - This fault comes when PID feedback is smaller than the setting value of detection level of PID feedback loss.
- Load loss - This fault comes when the output current of AC drive is smaller than load loss detection level. This fault also comes when you run drive without motor.
