Cause : Overcurrent during acceleration comes when the motor is drawing excess current during acceleration. This fault appears when the motor is drawing excess current during acceleration.

"Err02" fault in inovance MD290 drive indicate "Overcurrent during acceleration". This means drive has detected an excessive current draw during the acceleration phase.

1. Check whether short-circuit occurs on the motor, the motor cable or contactor.
2. Increase acceleration time.
3. Adjust the customized torque boost or V/F curve.
4. Adjust the voltage to normal range.
