Cause : Braking unit overload comes when the resistance of braking resistor is too low. This can lead to overheating, reduced braking performance, or even damage to the braking unit.

"Err61" fault in inovance MD290 drive indicate "Braking unit overload" condition. This means the braking resistor or dynamic braking unit is being asked to dissipate more power than it can handle.

• Use a braking resistor of higher resistance.
