Cause : Hardware I/O resource loss comes when the selected DO/RO hardware resource does not exist. The DO/RO channel number specified in the drive's software configuration doesn't correspond to a physically existing channel on the hardware.

"A99.02" fault in inovance MD800 drive indicate the selected DO/RO hardware resource does not exist. This means the drive is trying to access a digital output (DO) or digital input (RO) channel that doesn't exist or is not connected correctly.

  1. Ensure that the power supply unit and extension cards are firmly installed.
  2. Check the DO/RO hardware resources of the drive unit to ensure that no non-existing DO/RO hardware resource is selected.
