Cause : Excessive speed deviation comes when the actual motor speed deviates significantly from the desired or commanded speed.
"E42.00" fault in inovance MD800 drive indicate "Excessive speed deviation". This means the actual motor speed deviates significantly from the desired or commanded speed.
- Perform motor auto-tuning.
- Set F9-73 and F9-74 correctly based on actual conditions.
