If you are facing any fault in inovance MD500 drive then this list will help you to identify the fault and also steps to correct the fault.
Below list show inovance MD500 drive fault codes:
- Err23 fault in inovance MD500 drive - Cause : "Err23" is displayed at power-on comes when motor or motor output cable is short circuited to ground or hardware issue in drive.
- HC fault in inovance MD500 drive - Cause : "HC" is displayed while power-on comes when wire between drive board and control board is in poor contact or hardware issue in drive power card or control card.
- Err62 fault in inovance MD500 drive - Cause : Short-circuit of braking circuit comes when hardware issue in drive brake chopper circuit or braking IGBT is abnormal.
- Err61 fault in inovance MD500 drive - Cause : Braking unit overload comes when the drive's internal braking transistor reached it's overload level. When a resistor is overloaded then drive displat fault "Err61" it attempts to dissipate more heat than it was designed to do.
- Err45 fault in inovance MD500 drive - Cause : Motor overtemperature comes when motor is overloaded or load duty cycle is exceeded. " Err45" indicate a warning or alarm generated by a motor or drive that indicates the device is too heated.
- Err43 fault in inovance MD500 drive - Cause : Motor overspeed comes when encoder parameters are set improperly, motor auto-tuning is not performed or F9-67 (Overspeed detection level) and F9-68 (Overspeed detection time) are set incorrectly.
- Err42 fault in inovance MD500 drive- Cause : Speed error comes when encoder parameters are set improperly, motor auto-tuning is not performed or F9-69 (detection level of speed error) and F9-70 (detection time of speed error) are set incorrectly.
- Err41 fault in inovance MD500 drive- Cause : Motor switchover fault during running comes when motor switchover via terminal during drive running of the AC drive.
- Err40 fault in inovance MD500 drive- Cause : Pulse-by-pulse current limit fault comes when load is too heavy or locked-rotor occurs on motor or the AC drive power class is small.
