Cause : Internal program abnormal comes when an EEPROM fault occurs. This fault comes when control card EEPROM is faulty.
Er.105 fault in inovance IS650 servo drive indicates Internal program abnormal. This means there is an issue in drive EEPROM.
- Check causes according to the method of Er.101.
- The fault persists after you power on servo drive several times then replace the servo drive.
