Cause : Product matching fault in absolute position mode comes when the motor in absolute position mode does not match or motor SN is set incorrectly.

Er.122 fault in inovance IS650 servo drive Product matching fault in absolute position. This means there is mismatch in motor SN.

1. Check whether motor nameplate is multi-turn absolute encoder motor.
2. Check whether H00-00 (motor SN) is correct.
