Er.952 fault in inovance IS650 servo drive indicates Reverse limit switch warning. This means logic of DI set for FunIN.15: N-OT (reverse limit switch) is valid.
- Check whether a parameter in group H03 is set for FunIN15 (N-OT).
- Check whether logic of corresponding DI is valid in H0B-03 (monitored DI states).
