Er.994 fault in inovance IS650 servo drive indicates CAN address conflict. This means a conflict in the CAN (Controller Area Network) addresses assigned to multiple drives within a system.
- Check whether H0C-00 (servo shaft address) is allocated repeatedly.
- Allocate servo shaft address of salves and ensure that allocation of H0C-00 is not repeated.
