INVT drive fault indicate an error occur in drive due to internal hardware problem or parameter issue. With the help of these error code you can easily identify and correct the issue in drive.
Facing INVT drive faults? Our guide provides detailed solutions for common errors, including troubleshooting steps, fault code explanations, and expert tips. Learn how to resolve issues efficiently and keep your operations running smoothly.
- PoFF - This fault indicate that the input voltage is too low, the input power supply is out of phase, and the drive voltage detection circuit is faulty.
- Electronic underload - This fault comes when the inverter will report the underload pre-alarm according to the set value.
- Grounding shortcut - This fault comes when an ground fault overcurrent flows due to an earth fault that occurred on the inverter's output side (load side).
- Grounding shortcut - This fault comes when an ground fault overcurrent flows due to an earth fault that occurred on the inverter's output side.
- Parameter download - This fault comes when the keypad is not in good connection or offline and the part of the communication circuits of the keypad or main board have fault.
- Parameter upload - This fault comes when the keypad is not in good connection or offline and the part of the communication circuits of the keypad or main board have fault.
- Keypad communication - This fault comes when the keypad is not in good connection or offline or the part of the communication circuits of the keypad or main board have fault.
- Brake unit fault - This fault comes when the braking line or braking pipe is broken or brake resistor rating is too lower.
- PID feedback error - This fault comes when PID feedback offline. A "PID feedback fault" in "INVT" drive typically refers to an error or issue related to the PID.
- EEPROM error - This fault comes when function code parameter writing error. This fault comes when hardware issue in control card of drive.
- Autotuning fault - This fault indicate that the motor capacity does not comply with the inverter capability and the rated parameter of the motor does not set correctly.
- Communication error - This fault comes when there is no control data was received from the connected PLC when using serial communications.
- IGBT overheat - This fault comes when the heatsink temperature reaches the overheat fault level.
