Cause : Keypad communication error comes when the keypad is not in good connection or offline or the part of the communication circuits of the keypad or main board have fault.
- Check the keypad cable and and ensure it is normal.
- Check the environment and eliminate the interference source.
- Change hardware and ask for maintenance service.
