Cause : Inverter hardware fault comes when an error occurs in the control circuitry of the inverter. This fault comes when hardware issue in drive control card or power card.

It occurs when the software is abnormal. If the faults can not be cleared by STOP/RESET key or reset terminal on the panel. The input power supply of the inverter is cut off and the power is not applied again until the panel power disappears completely.
