Cause
1. short-circuit at the output
2. ground fault
3. excessively large motor (the motor power rating P0307 is greater than the inverter power r0206)
4. defective final stage (end stage).

Diagnosis & Remedy

Please check the following:
1. are the cable lengths within the limit values ?
2. does the motor cable or motor have either a short-circuit or ground fault ?
3. do the motor parameters correspond to those of the motor being used ?
4. is the motor overloaded or stalled (locked rotor) ?
5. increase the accelerating time.
6. reduce the gain
7. use a motor with a lower power rating
8. is the stator resistance value (P0350) correct ?

Remove fault and reset fault memory by
1. disconnecting the drive converter from the line supply and powering-up again
2. Press the Fn key on the BOP or AOP
3. Acknowledge fault P2103, P2104
4. P0952 (complete fault memory).

Other solutions

1. Check drive rectifier & IGBT using multimeter.
2. Check wiring.
3. Check drive hardware using multimeter.
