How can resolve problem F0020 Mains Phase Missing fault in siemens micromaster 430 or MM430 drive ?

Cause : Fault occurs if one of the three input phases are missed while the pulses are enabled and drive is
loaded.
Check the input wiring of the mains phases.
Check rectifier using multimeter.
