Cause : Power supply fault comes when overvoltage occurs in the converter side during input phase failure detection or overvoltage occurs in the converter side during instantaneous power failure detection.
- When fault of power supply frequency is detected
- When phase shift is not detected.
- Check the power supply and wiring.
