Cause : Encoder phase fault comes when the inverter trips when the rotation command of the inverter differs from the actual motor rotation direction detected from the encoder during offline auto tuning. This protective function is not available in the initial status.

1. Check for mis-wiring of the encoder cable.
2. Check if the Pr.359 Encoder rotation direction setting is incorrect.
3. Perform connection and wiring securely.
4. Change the Pr.359 setting.
