Cause : Parameter storage device fault (control circuit board) comes when the inverter trips if a fault occurs in the parameter stored. (EEPROM failure).

1. Check for too many number of parameter write times.
2. Set "1" in Pr.342 Communication EEPROM write selection(write to RAM) for the operation which requires frequent parameter writing via communication, etc. Note that writing to RAM goes back to the initial status at power OFF.
