If the power supply voltage of the inverter decreases, the control circuit will not perform normal functions. In addition, the motor torque will be insufficient and/or heat generation will increase.

  1. To prevent this, if the power supply voltage decreases to about 115 VAC (230 VAC for the 400 V class, 330 VAC for the 575 V class, 58 VAC for the 100 V class) or below (when the PM sensorless vector control is selected: about 156 VAC (311 VAC for the 400 V class, 448 VAC for the 575 V class, 78 VAC for the 100 V class) or below), this function shuts off the inverter output and "UV" is displayed.
  2. The warning is removed when the voltage returns to normal.
  3. Check that the power supply voltage is normal.
  4. Check the devices on the power system such as the power supply itself.
