Cause : Pre-charge fault comes when the inverter trips when the pre-charge time exceeds Pr.764 Pre-charge time limit. The inverter trips when the measured value exceeds Pr.763 Pre-charge upper detection level during pre-charging.

This function is available when Pr.764 and Pr.763 are set. This protective function is not available in the initial status.

  1. Check that the Pr.764 setting is not too short.
  2. Check that the Pr.763 setting is not too small.
  3. Check that the Pr.127 PID control automatic switchover frequency setting is not too low.
  4. Check for a break in the connection to the pump.
