Cause : NV Media Card Write fail comes when the C.Acc trip indicates that the drive was unable to access the NV Media Card. If the trip occurs during the data transfer to the card then the file being written may be corrupted.

1. If the trip occurs when the data being transferred to the drive then the data transfer may be incomplete.
2. If a parameter file is transferred to the drive and this trip occurs during the transfer, the parameters are not saved to non-volatile memory, and so the original parameters can be restored by powering the drive down and up again.
3. Check NV Media Card is installed / located correctly.
4. Replace the NV Media Card.
