Cause : NV Media Card data structure error comes when the C.Err trip indicates that an attempt has been made to access the NV Media Card but an error has been detected in the data structure on the card.

1. Resetting the trip will cause the drive to erase and create the correct folder structure.
2. On an SD card, whilst this trip is present, missing directories will be created and if the header file is missing it will be created.
3. The cause of the trip can be identified by the sub-trip.
4. Erase all the data block and re-attempt the process.
5. Ensure the card is located correctly.
6. Replace the NV Media Card.
