Cause : Power stage over temperature comes when a power stage over-temperature has been detected. From the sub-trip ‘xxyzz’, the Thermistor location is identified by ‘zz’.

1. Check enclosure / drive fans are still functioning correctly.
2. Force the heatsink fans to run at maximum speed.
3. Check enclosure ventilation paths.
4. Check enclosure door filters.
5. Increase ventilation.
6. Reduce the drive switching frequency.
7. Reduce duty cycle.
8. Increase acceleration / deceleration rates.
9. Use S-ramp (Pr 02.006).
10. Reduce motor load.
11. Check the derating tables and confirm the drive is correctly sized for the application.
12. Use a drive with larger current / power rating.
