Cause : Output phase loss detected comes when the Out.P trip indicates that phase loss has been detected at the drive output. A test can be made for output phase loss when the drive is enabled or the output phase loss condition can be detected while the drive is running as defined by Output Phase Loss Detection Enable (06.059).
- Check motor and drive connections.
- To disable the trip set Output Phase Loss Detection Enable (06.059) = 0.
