Cause : Option module in option slot 1 has changed comes when the SL.dF trip indicates that the option module in option slot 1 on the drive is a different type to that installed when parameters were last saved on the drive. The reason for the trip can be identified by the sub-trip number.

Sub-trip & Reason
1- No module was installed previously
2- A module with the same identifier is installed, but the set-up menu for this option slot has been changed, and so default parameters have been loaded for this menu.
3- A module with the same identifier is installed, but the applications menu for this option slot has been changed, and so default parameters have been loaded for this menu.
4- A module with the same identifier is installed, but the set-up and applications menu for this option slot have been changed, and so default parameters have been loaded for these menus. >99 Shows the identifier of the module previously installed.

1. Turn off the power, ensure the correct option module is installed in the option slot and re-apply the power.
2. Confirm that the currently installed option module is correct, ensure option module parameters are set correctly and perform a user save in Pr mm.000.
