Cause : Output phase loss comes when open phase is present in the motor or when you run drive without motor. An "output phase loss fault" typically refers to a situation where one of the phases in the output of a three-phase electrical system is lost or disconnected.
- A loose connection or splice is present.
- An external device between the motor and drive has failed.
- An open phase is present in the motor.
- Check U-V-W motor wiring.
- Check the load.
