Cause : DC Over Voltage comes when the D.C. bus voltage has exceeded the maximum D.C. bus voltage. The error is caused when either the Instant Threshold has been exceeded or Delay Threshold has been exceeded for 15 s.
- Increase deceleration ramp rate parameter values in Deceleration Rate 1 (P2.07) and Deceleration Rate 2 (P2.09).
- Consider enabling S-Ramps (P2.05) if the problem occurs at the start of deceleration.
- Check nominal A.C. supply level.
- Check for supply disturbances which could cause the D.C. bus level to rise.
- Check motor insulation using an insulation tester.
