Cause : Drive Temp 2 comes when a power stage over-temperature has been detected. "Drive Temp" typically refers to the temperature of the drive unit itself.
- Check enclosure temperature.
- Check enclosure / drive fans are still functioning correctly.
- Clean the fan filter if being used.
- Check enclosure ventilation paths.
- Check enclosure door filters.
- Increase ventilation.
- Reduce duty cycle.
- Increase acceleration / deceleration rate parameter values.
- Reduce motor load.
- Ensure all three supply phases are present and balanced.
- Confirm the drive is correctly sized for the application.
- Use a drive with larger current / power rating.
