Cause : Drive Temp 2 comes when a power stage over-temperature has been detected. "Drive Temp" typically refers to the temperature of the drive unit itself.

  1. Check enclosure temperature.
  2. Check enclosure / drive fans are still functioning correctly.
  3. Clean the fan filter if being used.
  4. Check enclosure ventilation paths.
  5. Check enclosure door filters.
  6. Increase ventilation.
  7. Reduce duty cycle.
  8. Increase acceleration / deceleration rate parameter values.
  9. Reduce motor load.
  10. Ensure all three supply phases are present and balanced.
  11. Confirm the drive is correctly sized for the application.
  12. Use a drive with larger current / power rating.
