Cause : Motor Resistance comes when the auto-tune test to measure the motor stator resistance has failed because the output current failed to rise to the correct level to produce an accurate measurement.

  1. Check the motor cable / connections.
  2. Check the integrity of the motor stator windings using an insulation tester.
  3. Check the motor phase to phase resistance at the drive terminals.
  4. Check the motor phase to phase resistance at the motor terminals.
  5. Select Linear V to F (1) in Motor Control Mode (P3.05) and verify the output current waveforms with an oscilloscope.
  6. Replace the motor.
