Cause : Motor Phase comes when one of the three phases of a three-phase motor is lost. This fault comes when one of phase of motor is missing or when you run drive without motor.
- Motor Phase Loss Detection (P4.15) is enabled and a motor phase loss has been detected.
- Check motor and drive connections.
- Check cable integrity.
