Cause : Ground fault comes when the drive has detected a ground (earth) fault on the motor cable/windings. A ground fault in a motor drive system occurs when an unintended connection is made between an electrical conductor and the ground (earth).
- Check for short circuit to ground (earth) on the output cables.
- Check the integrity of the motor insulation using an insulation tester
